I'm finally getting around to posting about Christmas.
Em started out the season trying to yank all the stockings off the mantle. Fortunately Em is in the 10% for her height and they were well out of reach.
We spent Christmas Eve with my family. Emilee was much better with unwrapping presents this year than last. Look at that concentration!
Wesley had a good time opening his presents...
...he wanted all that paper off so he could chew on the box. Now I know what to get him next year :)
We spent Christmas morning at home.
Then it was off to the farm to spend the rest of Christmas with David's family. Wesley's favorite present is his new John Deere blanket. Poor kid is always on a pink one, and Amy took pity on him and got him a manly blanket.
He was all smiles and loved being the center of attention.
Em's favorite new toy is the DOG book that cousin/aunt Steph got her. She will not let that thing out of her sight!
After all the Christmas festivities were done, we celebrate "Christmas Dave" in the evening. Amy out did herself with the cake this year. David had been teasing her son James that he was going to get him a goat for Christmas. Please take note of the "reindeer" pulling the sleigh. Yes - those are goats.
We had a great time being able to spend time with family!
Em's favorite toy from Christmas - the roll the wrapping paper came on.

Taize and Em have the wrapping paper roll love in common. Love the cake-- its soooo cute..goats and all.
I love seeing the pics of the kiddos- tell them their fav. auntie says hi and loves them. ;)

holy cow, wes is big. last time i saw him, he was a little sleeping baby. how fun to have a christmas birthday, love the cake!!
